  • Predetermined hourly rates on training & support
Please note:
  • Bonuses are computed semi-annually & paid on the unit net profits
  • Commission = Maximum Commission * Rating
  • Rating - a quarterly computation that determines the commission rate. The computation is based on direct / indirect costs related to the Associate / Consultant including set-up costs, training, support and other expenses
  • Thus a "cold" referral may incur more costs by the company to close and would lower the rating and thus the commission
  • The highest rating is 100%
  • This is to maintain an equitable system that is fair for the Associate / Consultant and the Company
